10:29 pm - 37 degrees - with an overnight low of 25 expected - hard freeze..

Kind of early in the season for this kind of nonsense up here in the mountains.. I'm not leaving though.. I'm hanging on till the last possible week - when the hard freezes occur nightly and I have to worry about my water pipes..
