What time is it in Cozumel?

I'm trying to book a jeep or dune buggy excursion in Cozumel in August. My problem is what time is it when we arrive in Cozumel? The Disney website states 10am and when I call them to confirm whether EST or CST, they say it is local CST time.

Are they correct? I don't want to miss my excursion if we really dock at 10am local time.

All arrival and departure times are local to that port (just like airline and train timetables), so the 10am stated arrival time would be 10am Central (Cozumel time).
