What time is breakfast served?

I get to make my ADR on Saturday and I am desperately trying to finalize my schedule.

We would like to do two sit down breakfasts, one at Kona Cafe and the the other Kouzzina. We are late sleepers so what is the latest time that breakfast is typically served until?

Most restaurants change over from breakfast to lunch between 10:30 and 11:00 am.
