What time is best for Cindy's breakfast?

TIA for any advice! I've booked my first trip to DW ever for Feb. 09! I am still trying to figure out the dining thing. If I book an ADR at the end of the possible breakfast times, will we still get to experience all the features of the breakfast? For example, the listed times for Cinderella's breakfast are from 8:00-11:15am. If I book an 11:15 reservation, will we still get the full character experience or do we need to dine earlier?

The full experience will continue until the last guest leaves. I always book the latest seating possible of a character breakfast and we've never been jipped of good character interaction and fresh food.

Better try and book soon as this is one of the hardest ADR's to get...hope you can!!!

I always book the earliest reservation, but that's because I like to finish before the rope drop and have my choice of walk-on rides to start the day!
