What time is best at CA Grill

Hello,
I am hoping to make an ADR in a couple weeks for 2/17/16 at CA Grill. When we last visited in 2011 we were eating while the fireworks were going on. I would like to try and do this again, but I don't know how to tell if there are fireworks on a Wednesday in February and at what time they would be at. Can anyone suggest a good ADR time for this date?

Our dinners at CG typically take 90 - 120 minutes so we make a reservation about 60-75 minutes before fireworks are scheduled.

Ditto. We try to book the reservation so the fireworks are scheduled at about half way through.

I scheduled our meal for an hour before Wishes and it worked out perfectly. We finished our meal just as the fireworks were about to start, went outside to watch the show, and came back in for dessert.

We have an ADR for Cali Grill on Sept. 19th at 9 pm. Wishes is at 10 pm. We will show up about 30 minutes early and go up to the observation deck with a drink until our table is ready. We'll be midway to 3/4 of the way through dinner when Wishes starts and we will watch from the table if possible. It is my in-laws 34th wedding anniversary so we are hoping they get some pixie dust and we get a window seat. If not we'll go out and watch Wishes from the observation deck.

Preliminary crowd calendars show Wishes at 9pm that night. That is subject to change, but it is the info available now. Sounds like an ADR in the 8 to 8:45 range would make sense.

The nice thing is that even if you don't have a table that you can view the fireworks from, the wait staff at CFG know that most folks want to watch the fireworks. There's an observation deck that you can use - it's outside, and you get a great view of Wishes (with the music piped in!). The wait staff will time your meal so that you have a break to go out and watch the fireworks.

Unfortunately, we're pretty far out from a February ADR, but easywdw.com shows Wishes at 9:00. That might be subject to change, but since the 17th is still during President's Day week, chances are the parks will stay open later, and Wishes will still be at 9:00.
