What time for private transportation pickup?

We are using private transportation from the port to MCO.

First, how long does it typically take from when we exit the ship to when we will be able to be picked up (getting bags, customs, etc)?

Second, what time is recommended for pickup? We have early dining and are also happy to go to Cabanas (is it open these days for breakfast on the last day)? Our flight isn't until 2:20.

The ship is usually cleared for express walk-off about 7:30, and you can leave that early if you like.

Breakfast for early dining will be about 6:45. Cabanas will be open until 8am or so. Getting through customs is usually pretty quick.
