What time does Tuskers House remove breakfast food from the buffet?

We are thinking of getting a 10:50 breakfast reservation and we want to do the Caring for the Giants tour at 9:30. It is an hour long but some say that we may not be done within an hour.
I really prefer breakfast food there. Will we still be able to have breakfast food at 10:50? It says breakfast ends at 10:55.

We were seated at 11am a month ago and full breakfast was still out with just a few lunch items. By 1130 all lunch items were out and breakfast food had been consolidated to a smaller area in the middle of the room. It wasn't the full selection but had all the staples (eggs, bacon, etc)

We always get a 10:30 am ADR and I've honestly never noticed the switch over to lunch. All the breakfast items are still available.

We tend to start with the hot items then head to the fruit and pastries (Krispy Kreme donuts!)

We had that same time, 10:50, in Sept and we had plenty of time to eat breakfast, then meet the characters, then eat lunch! Way too much food, but it was fun. The service? D.
