What time does the Ticket and Transportation (TTC) Hub open for parking?

We would like to park there then ride the monorail to the Poly for breakfast then onto MK..can this be done before the park opens?
 
The TTC parking lot opens at 7:00 am, the same time the resort monorail begins operating.
