What time does town hall open?

We have reservation for CP at 820. Would like to get a birthday pin for my nephew before going to breakfast if possible. Thanks

I have been told guest services inside the park is open when they let in the first guests for breakfast or tours. So I would have thought 7.45am.

Generally you can get the pins just about anywhere, you don't have to go to guest relations.

If you're staying on property, you should be able to get it at your resort.
