What time does Toontown open on Sunday, Aug 12?

What time does Toontown open on Sunday, Aug 12? Is it at 9 am or 10 am? I know there is no morning madness that day or EE, but I was not sure if the area opens 1 or 2 hours after the park opening. Thanks.

It opens 1 hr after park opening, unless you have TTMM in which case you are allowed in at park opening. Have fun!!

We will probably fry next week, but we knew what an August trip could mean. We are just hoping to maximize our mornings and take an afternoon break, if needed.
