What time does the Mickey and Friend's Parking Garage Open?

Ive been there at least 30 mins prior to opening and had the parking opened. I think I may have even been earlier than that too. But at least 30 mins.

I remember seeing somewhere that if you go super early you can go in for free but I'm not sure.

It is often open one hour before opening, if not earlier.
