What time does the Elsa and Anna Meet and Greet begin?

Our trip is not until August, but I was thinking about how to work this attraction into one of our days. Is it best to do it on an Epcot early opening day and get an ADR for the Akershus Princess breakfast and then get in line as soon as breakfast is over? Or is it best to skip breakfast and just que up straight away at 11am when the countries open up for the day? What are your thoughts? Thank you!

Anna and Elsa will not be in Epcot in August. On April 20th, they're moving into Princess Fairytale Hall in Magic Kingdom.
