What time does the ADR call center open?

i really would like to try to get BOG reservations. What time can I start calling? We are on the East coast-Massachusetts.

You can start making ADR's online at 6am, EST. The phone lines open at 7am, EST.

Your best bet is to be up and ready to hit that search button at 6am online, at th My Disney Experience page. By the time the phones open at 7am, the good reservations could be gone.
