What time does online booking open?

My 7 month window is Monday the 14th. Does the online booking open at midnight Eastern time? I am in California so it would be sooooo nice to go online at 9 p.m. instead of getting up early. It's midnight Eastern to book DCL excursions, so I wondered if DVC is the same. I haven't made a reservation since the online capability started.

8am Eastern for 11 month and 7 month, after that it is open 24 hours except for some down time around 2am for maintenance.
