What time does MGM Sunset Ranch market open ?

At MGM.... Restaurants include:
Rosie's All American Cafe
Anaheim Produce
Catalina Eddie's
What time do they open ?

We want to eat an early lunch - around 11 AM
It will be an early entry morming at MGM.
We can eat at 11 AM (if they are open) and then scoot over to DTD to DQ. (still have to figure our how - taxi, go to Y/BC take a bus?)

OK - I called WDW dining - they put me on hold and called someone.
I guess WDW dining CM's know more about ADR places than snack bars.

The Sunset strip places open at 11 AM
So we can do a quick bit before DTD and DQ.

She also said to check with our WDW resort on best way to get from
MGM STUDIO's to DTD.
I would guess bus to TTC then bus to DTD
or
Boat to Y/BC and bus to DTD
but.... I think each would take over an hour to get to DTD.

I think our best bet is to taxi (if the are available at MGM to DTD)
or Boat to Dophiin - first boat stop from MGM and then taxi

or do bus to POFQ and then boat to DTD or taxi from POFQ
