What time does Magical Express pick you up for a Cruise?

Hi All!

What time would the Magical Express pick you up and take you to port canaveral from a disney resort? We will either be staying at the Contemporary or Wilderness Lodge (haven't decided yet). We are trying to have breakfast at Chef Mickey's before we leave for the cruise on the DREAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If anyone knows, we would greatly appreciate the info!

Magical Express doesn't pick you up for a cruise. DME travels between WDW and MCO.

Did you purchase transportation from DCL? They do have transfers that you can buy. I'm not sure of their schedule (I would have assumed that you'd have been given a time when you purchased the transfers).

DCL transfers are $35 each way from resort to port and back to MCO or WDW. If you purchased DCL transportation, busses usually start picking up from resorts at 11:30 AM. You are asked to be at the bus stop at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time. You will be notified in your room when your bus will pick you up. You will need to check in with the DCL desk. That being said, you should have no problem fitting in breakfast at Chef Mickey's if you are staying at either the Contemporary or WL.

Also, your luggage will be picked up from your resort room at about 8 AM. You do not need to be in the room.

When you book the DCL transportation (forerunner of and prototype for DME and on some WDW-airport runs using the same buses), after you get there, find out what the bus schedule and your pickup time will be.

I wasn't really clear in my first post. Sorry about that! We haven't purchased the transfers yet from resort to port because of being unsure as to which resort we are staying at yet. We are upgrading our current tickets into annual passes when we head to the world in 2 days!

Very excited about the annual pass thing and the trip!
