What time does limited time magic get posted?

Does anyone know what time limited time magic is usually updated? I know it's updated on Fridays but they haven't updated for the next week yet. Any ideas?

Next week, every day from 1:12 pm to 1:18 pm, all 8 year olds in line for Dumbo will get an extra Mickey head sticker ( this one is extra limited!)

can anyone enlighten me, this limited time magic, is it happening all year long? somthing random happen each week of the year? is that how its supposed to be running?
