What time does ECV rental open in MK?

We have 8:25 a.m. reservations at the Crystal Palace on 9/29 and we plan to arrive at the park entrance before 8:00 a.m. I will need to rent an ECV on that day and was wondering if the rental shop would be open that early. I would like to rent before we head to CP rather than have to come back down that way again once we have finished our meal.

ECV/wheelchair and stroller rental are open in time for the very earliest guests to be admitted to the park - that includes early ADRs. You should be fine.
