what time does Dumbo interactive queue/play area open?

In a couple weeks DS (12 months) and DNephew (18 months) will experience WDW for the first time. We're convinced they'll like the Dumbo play area more than many of the actual rides. They're both very, very high energy.

I had Dumbo on our list for the first hour in MK, arriving for 9am RD. Our first FP is PPF at 9:45am. On the families board I read that Dumbo opens at 9, but the play area doesn't open until 10am. Can someone please confirm this? We'll be there the first Sunday in March. If it opens at 10 I'll shift my touring plan around a little to get there when it's open.

It was not open when we rode Dumbo around 9:30 in Sept. I don’t think they open it right away because you can basically walk on Dumbo for the first hour of the park being open and not a lot of people go all the way back there right off the bat. So, there’s no need to kill time in there while waiting. I would go after 10 if it is a priority to play there.

When we were there last year in early May, the area opened between 10 and 11. Winnie the Pooh also has a nice area for kids that age--I feel bad that we rushed ours through to get done with the ride faster. Don't forget about there area under Splash as well.
