What Time Does Dinner Menu Begin?

We were hoping for an early dinner, but didn't want to get stuck with the lunch menu. Specifically, we were looking at Concourse Steakhouse. TIA for your help.

I think it's about 4pm. That's what it was at 50s PT last time we ate a very late lunch there (we booked a 330 ADR so we could miss the dinner menu).
