What Time Does Customs and Immigration Open at YYZ

I am flying to Florida out of YYZ this week. My flight leaves at 8:00AM. Does anyone know what time I need to be
at the airport? I thought I read that Customs doesn't open until 6:30AM. Does anyone know for certain?

I connected thru 2 weeks ago - and it was open before 6 am

Air Canada was on Twitter yesterday mentioning a new process out of YYZ, especially for flights prior to 12pm. Implementation of a queue system for security and customs, and baggage drop-off now closing 90 minutes prior to flight time, instead of 60. Not sure if WS is doing something similar out of T3

Thanks for your responses. I didn’t realize customs was open before 6:00 and about the new 90 minute drop off rule.
