What time does cruise booking open?

Hello,
New here. Sorry if this has been asked, but I can’t find it anywhere.
I booked a cruise today with my silver status. I have family that have never cruised who want to join. What time can they start booking online?
I was told 12:01am est, by the guy on the phone when I booked my cruise (after a 3 hour hold ). That does not appear to be the case.

They are all booked!
Of course, I called and woke them up at 3am (they are all on the west coast). Worth it, I think for the peace of mind.
