what time does chef mickey's open in the AM?

I dont know but we were able to eat about 7:15. We didnt have an ADR and we were going to eat at Concourse Steakhouse and DH noticed that Chef Mickey's looked empty so he ans the dad standing behind us ran over to ask and they got both of us in, and people were already eating
