What time do the restaurants in DTD close?

We will be there for a few days when the parks close at 8. = ( I really like going when the parks are open until 12 but this time I chose the wrong time.

I think DTD sometimes stays open later than the parks. I want to make a reservation for Naples on one of those days after the parks closes. I will also need a ride back to the hotel through ART. Does it still run later in the night after the parks close?

last week the restaurants were still open when we were walking back to the hotel (PPH) between 9 and 10 each night.

On Sunday night it was nearly 11pm when some of the shops were closing but the restaurants still appeared open (the fireworks started at 9:30 and we were walking back after the were done).

On Monday we left after World of Color so it was around 9:30 and all restaurants were still open.

On Tuesday after the Halloween parade it was around 9pm again, and all restaurants were still open.

I don't know about the ART schedule.
