What time do the phone lines open for PS?

What time do they start taking phone reservations in the morning?? I am trying to get Cindy's, and I have to call next week.

The phone lines open at 7:00 am, but I usually start trying about 3 or 4 minutes before that just in case they open the lines a tad early (this is especially important when trying to get CRT).

As soon as you hear the prompts from the recording on the phone, hit 1, then 1 again to be inserted into the que line for PS.
