What time do the internal busses stop running?

Not for very long at all. The last internal buses bring the last PI stragglers in between 2:30 and 3:00 am and the first buses crank up again at 6:40am.

That may be a problem for Dreambound, since I have heard she parties until well after 3am. May be stuck somewhere until the morning bus route starts up.

Please, nothing stops Dreambound. If the busses stop running in the midst of my partying, the kids can always carry mommy home.
