What time do the boats start running?

I believe I seen this on here somewhere before, but I can't find it. Does anyone know what time the boats start running for MK, also how about for the other resorts.
We are planning on having an early breakfast @ the Poly one morning, and I thought we might take the boat to the Contemporary and catch the monorail to the Poly when it starts running @ 7:00. If the boat could get me there in time to catch the 7:00 monorail.

The MK boat starts about 1 hour before opening.

The Contemporary boat starts running about 6:45 AM.
