What time do the boats start running between DD and POR?

We are having breakfast one morning at Port Orleans Riverside, and we were thinking about just taking the boat to Downtown Disney for some shopping after breakfast. Anybody know what time the boats start running and how often they run? Thanks!

So, no boats until 4pm? I guess we'll just skip it then. Part of the reason we wanted to do it was for the nice boat ride. Thanks!

We were at POR on Aug. 20-Aug. 25 and the boats were running in the morning. We went to Downtown Disney at noon and we took a boat. I think they run every 1/2 hr. I don't know if they're still running that early.

Well, I decided I'd just call the resort front desk and ask. According to them, the boats start running to Downtown Disney at 9a.m. every morning. I know that could change before our trip, but just thought I'd share in case anybody else was wondering. Thanks!
