What time do restaurants open?

What time do most of the restaurants open in Disney, for each meal? How long are they open for that meal. I need an idea as to what time to make my reservations, before i actually call the ADR people

They will tell you when you make your ADR's what the eariest available seating is . I would expect them to start around 11:00 - 11:30. It does vary, and some don't do every meal. When we make our ADR's we always check out the menus at deb's site, it also gives you an idea on who serves what meals.
