What time do Friendship Boats start (WS)?

I'm thinking of starting my upcoming tour of Epcot's World Showcase with lunch at Marrakesh, and I noticed that a Friendship Boat (I think that's what they were called!) leaves Future World and docks right across from Morocco. Sure, it's faster to walk, but the boat is appealing.
