What time do FP kiosks open? and other questions about SDFP..

I plan on getting same-day fastpasses, on a morning where I have Be Our Guest breakfast.

Will the kiosk by Philharmagic be open on the way to the restaurant? (8am)... or will I have to swing by the kiosk after official park open?
And on an average crowd day, what type of same-day availability might I see? I was hoping to get:
10am Splash
11am Pirates
noon Jungle

Is that realistic? Or will all same-day options be afternoon, by that point?

There have been reports lately of the kiosk in City Hall being open when the early entry guests enter around 7:45. I'd give that a quick try on your way in.

Thanks... on a related note.. with a 8:20 breakfast reservation, do you know if they will allow early entry at 7:45, or will they hold back later?

I imagine you'll go in with everyone else. We always have the earliest of the day, but don't recall ever seeing them hold people back. Sounds like a logistical nightmare.

We once kinda accidentally wandered in with the early breakfast people when we didn't even have an early breakfast reservation. (I wasn't in the front, but our party started just walking in... I realized they were walking in, in error.. they didn't realize it. But I wasn't going to start pulling them back and saying we weren't allowed in yet, so I joined).
