What time do Counters start servicing lunch?

I have searched all over the web and I can not seem to find this answer.
Does anyone know what time Counter Services start servicing lunch?
To be exact I am wondering about Pizza Planet in MGM.

I would say around 11..

It's usually 11 or 11:30, depending on the restaurant.

Thanks, I was hoping it was around 10:30/11:00.
I was thinking of stopping there for a quick bite before catching the 1st Lights, Motor, Action Stunt Show. Oh well.
Maybe it would be better to eat after the show, unless every one else has the same idea.

We ate at the Backstage Express in MGM- got there right as they started serving lunch- it was 11:00.
