What time do ADR's open in the morning?

What time can I start making ADR's at the 60 day mark? I have searched here and have seen some people say 7am and others say 6am. My 60 day mark is this week - need to know what time to set my alarm for. Thanks!

Oh in case anyone was wondering they do sometimes open ADRs at 5:45 am and I’ve seen one dessert party open at 5:30 am.

Most enchanting extras open at midnight the night before.

Just to keep you on your toes sometimes Disney decides to hold back and randomly release extra ADRs and change park hours.

If it’s something they still haven’t brought back yet then that’s just up in the air (like when Fantasmic returned)
