What time/day does the expo and bib pick up start?

I will be at WDW in April 2017 for a conference which is Tues - Saturday. I am signed up for the 5K which will be on Friday morning.

What day does bib pick up usually start?
how early in the morning do they open for bib pick up?
Does the resort to expo transportation start as soon as the expo is open?

I don't want to miss too much of my conference and want to try and pick up my bib as early as possible.

Resort transportation should start a little before the expo opens. Keep in mind that there will be a mad rush for merchandise right at opening so that may make things a little tougher for you.
