What time can you start calling to make ADR's in the morning or book online? We are currently at our 180 day mark for our trip and are looking to book Le Cellier. I have never been able to book them for dinner.

Online opens up for the 180th day (+10 if applicable) at 6am ET. The phones open at 7am ET. I would highly recommend online booking if you're trying for anything overly popular.

I tried online booking this time and it worked out great! I set my alarm for 4:55 central time, picked up the iPad, pulled up the site, picked a time and it was fine. Its very simple. I don't think I will ever call again.

Just be aware that they haven't released Le Cellier, Garden Grill, Coral Reef or Rose & Crown for 11/23 and on. They are holding all the tables until they figure out all the details for Candlelight Processional, then they'll release them (word is at the same time CP booking starts).

Last year I believe it was August when they announced the CP packages.

CP packages were released for booking on July 26 last year.

I don't know about Le Cellier dinner...they didn't offer CP packages for dinner last year, just lunch. But they may be holding off on booking the whole restaurant.
