What time can you board?

I thought I have read that you can board as early as 10:30 am. Is this correct? Or is it 12:00?

Usually Boarding starts around noon give or take 15 minutes.

Between 10:00 and 10:30 is generally when the terminal opens, the last two cruises we took (August 2005 and January 2005), we boarded at 11:45am.
