What time can you board the Wonder?

Just wondering what time to get to the dock to get on the wonder first...Thanks

Usually around 10:30am, give or take a few minutes. If DCL is accepting people the guard when you enter the port will let you move forward to the terminal. If DCL isn't ready for you, they will ask you to pull over into a small parking lot, and from there, you wait a little bit..pull up again, ready or not..go to the terminal or back to spare parking.
