What time can I get into MNSSHP?

I have MNSSHP tickets for 2 weeks from tonight, but the person who is going with me does not have an admission ticket so that we can get into the park earlier in the day.
Can you tell me what time we are able to get into the park with our MNSSHP party tickets?
