what time booking FP+

My 60 day window opens tomorrow and I can't figure out if you can start booking at 6 or 7am EST? I'm on the west coast so either way I'm getting up early but everything I read has no clear answer so even say both? Where can I find the exact time on a Disney site. Thanks for the help.

Yup, 7 am EST. I am in California and made my FP+ reservations today (at 60 days, but you probably figured that)...at the ridiculous hour of 4 am. I suppose that's better than the 3 am alarm to make CG ADRs, though, right? Good luck - hope you get what you're after!

And to anyone about to start the convenience debate lets just not do that. No time is going to be convenient for everyone throughout the world.
The reason for 7am eastern is in case people need help they can call Disney.

Yup.
That would be 7AM EDT.

I solve this shifting situation simply by saying "7AM Eastern Time."
(That covers either case.)
