What Time at 60 Days?

At the 60 day mark, what time (eastern time zone) can I make my ADRs? Tomorrow is our 60 day mark and I want to be on top of it! Thanks

I forgot that online opened at 6. I was on at what would be 6:45, thinking it opened at 7 and was able to start getting ADRs immediately.
Tiffins was the only thing we couldn't get, but they are only open 4-5 for dinner. We weren't sure we wanted to lose some park time for dinner when the park is open such short hours as it si.
