What time are Osborne lights turned off each night?

We are planning to visit HS on our arrival night, specifically to see Fantasmic, which is scheduled at 7:00pm. The park closes at 8:00pm. Will the Osborne lights stay lit after the official closing time? I am hoping to be able to view them after Fantasmic. Thanks, everyone!

They're supposed to stay on for an hour after closing time.
