The only way you will be able to see the parade is if you get a table on their patio. Seating is limited, but you can ask the CM at check-in if it will be available.
When we were there earlier this month, the parade started near Tony's so if there is a long wait (and there has been the last two times we had lunch and dinner ADR's there) you might be able to catch the parade before you are called to your table. You might leave one person from your party inside Tony's incase they call your name. That person could be seated and you could join them after the parade is over. (If they won't seat them until you are all inside, make sure that person has a way to conatct you (cell phone, walkie talkie) so they can get you back inside.
Lunch in early December took over an hour for us. That could get in the way with Wishes @ 8pm. You might tell your server that you would like to be finished before 8pm so that you can make the fireworks (ordering everything at one time usually helps, but is no guarantee). They are generally accommodating. If it's getting close to 8, remind them that you would like your check (and possibly get your desserts, if any, to go - we love the tiramisu there!) You won't have many options on where to see the fireworks if you get out around 8pm. You should be able to see them from mainstreet just outside Tony's. (If you have time, you can walk closer to the castle, past mainstreet to get a view of Tinkerbell flying from the castle - she flys a path from the castle to over the Terrace Noodle Station)
Have a great time. Hope you get to see everything.
