What thing in your kitchen do you NEVER use?

I never use my George Foreman grill. I find it to be a pain. Time to move it to the yardsale box. And I don't use my dishwasher much. It's only the two of us and we would run out of flatware before it was full enough to run. My husband is very good at doing the washing up after dinner. :p

Foodwise, anything with lots of carbs!

I don't use my coffeemaker anymore, just microwave a cup of hot water and mix up instant. I can't get rid of it because it was my Dad's and just looking at it makes me smile! :teeth:

The George Foreman grill, my bread machine (I use to use it a lot) I have drawer of stuff we never use, but once you throw it out you need it.

The bread machine. Used to use it all the time, but now its collecting dust. Loose tea ball too, still in the package, not sure how I got it:confused3 other than that I pretty much use everything else.

Our bread machine and blender

Foodwise.....some of the spices that are in my spice set.

the following appliances are no longer in my kitchen, they have made the trip over to grandma's garage for a carport sale that may never hapen..lol....

popcoirn popper
crock pot
electric griddle

I was surprised to see this come up so quick, even though you are kidding. LOL! Seriously...I don't use my stove! :teeth: I'm a microwave chef...ha ha!...or we're out. Haven't used the stove in my new home yet. Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! ;)

The Mr. Coffee Iced Tea Maker - haven't used it in years
The rolling pin (I hate rolling out pie crust!!)
Electric meat slicer - we thought it would be great for slicing ham
but we only serve ham once or twice a year (Christmas &
Easter) and I just have them slice it at the store

Oh geez! Tons of stuff! We have a small built in microwave that is above our stove. Never use it since it doesn't really work too well.

Fryer (Fry Daddy, I think it's called), bread machine, pizza maker, blender

This is a funny thread, well-timed. We just down-sized, moved to a smaller house, and our current kitchen is less than 1/3 the size of the old. At first I wondered-"how am I going to fit everything in?" until I realized that so much was never used in our old house and we have plenty of room in this kitchen. Didn't use-wok, expresso machine, La Machine, many pans-meatloaf pans, angel food cake pans, most of the muffin tins, pie plates, pancake maker (why? we now have a mickey waffle maker), cookie shapers, etc.

I have not used the dishwasher since the second night in our house over 17 years ago.

As far as my George Foreman indoor/outdoor grill, I use that 3 to 4 times a week.

My dust collectors consist of an electric griddle, some sort of ice shaver that mom gave me from I think Pampered Chef, serving platters, candy molds, Jiggler molds and I have this huge electric roaster that mom bought. I've never used the roaster but I've loaned it to several friends for their graduation, Eagle, or holiday parties. :p The bread machine goes in spurts.....I'll use it for about 2-3 weeks then it will sit for 2-3 months then I'll use it again....

I have a sandwich maker that I received for my wedding that has never been used. The coffee pot (we don't like coffee) but it gets used when company is in town.

I really would like a bread maker. LOL maybe I will think about that first a lot of you listed as never using it.

Gee, almost sounds like time for a Kitchen item exchange. LOL

The cookie jar! I just got up to see if anything was in there! LOL! Empty! Cookies don't last long enough around here to go in there! LOL! Yet I was just looking at an Eeyore cookie jar at the Disney Store online, wondering if I might get it for my mom for Christmas. :p

Our canister set, except the littlest canister where we throw soy sauce and duck sauce packages from Chinese take-out nights. LOL! :p

And our air popcorn popper. I don't think that thing has been used in a bazillion years. I don't eat popcorn (except at the movies), but when someone around here wants it we buy/use the microwave stuff. :crazy2: It smells good popping though! ::yes::
