What the heck is going on? Password

A week or so back I tried to change my password.
I tried every which way, the address of first line or zip code
It won't take it
I talked to IT and they walked me thru.
With them on the phone I log in with no problem
Wrote down the password

Tonight....THE SAME PROBLEM!!

Are you doing any NCAA brackets on ESPN? Changing that password will change all your Disney site passwords and vice versa.

All Disney, ESPN, ABC, and other Disney companies passwords have to be the same or you will have trouble. A couple of years ago IT had me log on to a special webpage that listed all of our passwords and login at all of their websites. Then they sent me to a page which allowed me to do a global change.

In January we had to reset again and our mailing address had been changed to our old address. IT told me that and old file had been restored on their system which over-wrote our correct info.

I had a password on MDE (or it may have been DVC) that was overwritten to an older one.

I recently had trouble with my MDE. Called guest services to fix that but then my DVC log in was a mess. DVC guest services fixed it- they didnt tell me what they did but seemed to know what was going on.
