I take a multi-vitamin and fish oil every day. What supplements do you take?

Two Trader Joe's kid multivitamins every night, same as DD. We both eat healthy enough, and take those to round it out.

I try to get most of my nutrition through diet. But since vitamin D3 comes from the sun, and not food so much, I take 6000ius of D3 a day to reach a testing levels between 60 to 70ng/ml. Also take fish oil, 1000mgs of niacin, 25mgs of DHEA and vitamin K2-4.

K2 is not as well known, but has some data from Japan showing it helps prevent bone fractures, and might help with heart disease prevention.

Stopped the Multi Vitamin so now it's 9600mg Fish Oil or 2880mg of combined EPA-DHA the important factor in Omega-3 Fatty Acids, 1000mg Turmeric 18:1 Concentrate for joint inflammation.

Calcium, fish oil, b-vit, vit d3, magnesium.

I take a multivitamin; calcium; 2000; 2000 iu D3; 400 iu of E for hot flashes that doesn't seem to be working right now and a shark cartilage for hemangioma tumors that i have in my hand. The throb if i don't take the shark cartilage. Oh and an occasional aspirin

PreNatal vitamin (not pregnant), 1000mg Vitamin D, a probiotic and my allergy pill. If I remember, I also take a baby asprin.

Are you ready ?
SAMe 2x daily for arthitis
Fish Oil again Arthritis
Currcumin for psorisis
Niacin for high colesterol
88mg aspirin

that's along with the 4 Rx I take evey day !

I recently stopped take an AM/PM suppliment for pre-menopause symptoms.
I'm about to start taking papaya enzyme so that I can go to 'as needed' for Nexium.

iron in the am
Cal-Mag-Zinc and Pre-natal (breastfeeding) in the pm

B12 shots when I remember.

B12. It's the only nutrient that's near impossible to get naturally on my diet.

Mega Red (fish oil), Centrum, Fibercon and an allergy pill.

Once my multi vitamins are gone I am discontinuing them. The latest on the news seems to be that they don't really make a difference. I may pick up some B formula vitamins though.

My DH and I were doing the same for a long time.

I took the prenatal vitamin after I had the kids too. I had extras. For some reason I thought they were by prescription. It's been a while since I had to take them.

They're not! You can buy a big jar (100+ pills) for about eight dollars. I'm not pregnant, but I take them too. I've read that they're really good for anyone, regardless.

A Womans Multi
B-12
B-Complex
Vitamin D
Fish Oil

I would be interested in finding out more about the multi's not being effective.

That's good to know! I'll look into it. Thanks. :)
