What specifically is the best transfer paper to use?

I'm new to this and after reading about some problems others have experienced, I have no idea what kind of transfer paper to buy. I'm sure you more experienced t-shirt makers have a favorite transfer paper that you could recommend.

I'd really like something with a matte finish (rather than the shiny look), and something I can use on both white shirts or colored shirts. Any particular name brands you could recommend?

I've been having good luck with the Wilton transfer paper for light colored shirts. I've done about 20pages worth on that with no issues. It was $9.99 for a 10pk and seems to be the best value as well. I jsut got their dark transfer papers but they run $9.99 for 5 sheets. So it's double the price per sheet. So I wouldn't buy dark transfers unless you need them.

There is a poster here that has transfer paper on her website...Mickey Amy (something like that, I know that's not the correct username) but I dont' know what brand it is.
