What sort of discount should I reasonably expect?

I've never stayed on site before, and I've never paid attention to rates at Disney hotels. My stay will be from 1/4-16. What sort of discount should I be looking for when the January discounts are released? I have a family suite (w/deluxe dining) booked at ASMu right now at the AAA rate, but if the discount is good enough I might be willing to look again at two rooms elsewhere.

January is the only month I haven't visited WDW but I have received offers for the Values for 49-59/night. There are so many great offers now even through Christmas, I wouldn't be surprised if Jan had similar offers. I would guess that the specials will be out there in a month or so. Jan is one of the slowest times maybe with MLK holiday weekend an exception.

I'm not sure what kind of discounts are offered on family suites, anyone know?:confused3

Others posters have commented that last years discount for Jan/Feb was 10% off values with the parkhopper upgrade (not sure what the other resort catagory discounts were).

I am hoping wishing praying that it is comparable to the discount being offered now.

Thanks guys! If the discount is just 10% I'm definitely better off with what I have now. I'm not just interested in the values, however--my original reservation was for Coronado Springs for two rooms. If the discount is good enough I'll reconsider the value "downgrade." In fact, if the same discount is offered for our dates of stay as is being offered right now, we'd upgrade to two rooms at AKL.
