I'll assume that you're going in December since you just asked this. It may be cold, but my family is there now and it is 70 degrees. So I would check the weather on wunderground.com before you go. Other than clothing, this is what I always bring.

Yeah, always check the weather before going.

This last New Years Day we went, and it was about 80 degrees when we arrived in the MK and everyone was wearing shorts and we had all our jackets and stuff with us, and that night it got down to like 30 before we were leaving. It was crazy! All those people in shorts o_o Not fun, lol.
(It was the coldest week in Florida in 7 years, the week we went of course)
Anywho, having some panchos are nice too. We got some Mickey ones there once on a rainy week, they came in handy. Even when going on wet rides when you dont want to get wet.
