Having 5 of the girls over who are going with me to WDW for the trip that I won, the two other gals are my dd and her friend who are away at college and will not be attending.

Having the ladies over at 6:30 so all will be done with their dinnner. I am wondering what kind of snack to serve????? I have alot to go over with the ladies. Some have never been to WDW, some have, but have not seen some of the new Parks, Animal Kingdom, Epcot or MGM. Been years for some.......... lol. Not to mention Downtown Disney or the Water Parks.

I plan on putting on the Disney DVD Vacation that I got from WDW, this will show them so much. Now what to serve??? We are not big drinker's, so I do not want to have wine, but then again, maybe a glass for a toast would be nice. I was thinking of a veggies tray from our local grocery store (Acme) they make a nice one and maybe pepperoni and cheese, cracker's. Oh I just have no idea. What would any of you serve. PLEASE HELP!

You could always add a few Disney treats to the menu. Click the WWW at the bottom of this post.

:D What a neat site, Margie J.
:D MsDisney23,
I would probably serve what you have suggested. Like the idea of a toast too. :teeth: Congrats on winning a trip!

Are you kidding -- you are taking them to Disney World, you don't need to give them snacks too - lol!! At 6:30 they are probably full from dinner, I might just serve a dessert. Are they able to get out with the icy roads tonight? If anyone cancels can I be your friend, I think I live close by?? Have fun planning your trip. I do Disney 101 seminars for my newbie friends. I always have to say "Focus, ladies, focus, we have a lot of ground to cover, we are talking Disney tonight, not what happened at the PTA meeting!" They always laugh at how intense I am in regard to Disney planning.

I would serve a pineapple, a cake (or nice cookies), nuts, and some fine chocolates. Coffee and tea for beverages.

I usually have out chips and salsa/taco dip, possibly popcorn, and some sweets...cookies or brownies. Simple enough stuff to have that most people will eat.

How about Tollhouse Cookie ice cream sandwiches? I got mine from Sams.

I too am not a drinker, BUT when I want something to toast with, usually on New Years Eve, I get a bottle of Apple Cider, it comes in what appears to be a wine bottle/champagne bottle. It's good and is fun to have around, without the alchool. Hope you have a great dinner!!!!!!!!!!!:)
