If I am traveling to Disney and there are 2 adults and 3 kids in my party (kids ages are 2, 5, and 7), can I get away with a studio villa at one of the DVC properties? Or do I need to get a 1-bedroom? We will need a crib also, will they rent these out? How about a family with 2 adults and 4 kids? What size room is needed? Thanks for any suggestions!

As long as your 2 yr old is still 2 when you check in, you could all stay in a studio. But you would be crowded. With four kids, you need a two bedroom villa at a DVC resort. Four can't stay in a one bedroom even if one is under the age of three.

Or the family of six could stay in an All Stars Family Suite or Ft Wilderness Cabin. If one is under the age of three, they could all stay in a deluxe resort that sleeps five, plus one.

Children under 3 don't count toward your room total, so going with the 2, 5, and 7 year olds you can get a 4 person room and they will also let you rent a pack 'n play type crib. Once you get to everyone being 3+ years, everyone counts and the number of people in your party cannot exceed the maximum room occupancy.
